It was simple really… We realised that although the talent pools of candidates were quite large across IT operations, our clients found the filtering process of such a large pool of candidates time consuming and ineffective.

We found that our specialist approach also worked across large talent pools where having up to date information on the “best talent” in the market, was even more important across large candidate pools.
