Our candidate process is an ongoing process. Unlike most recruitment companies who obtain a job description, advertise + interview, send CVs then move on, at Galileo we see this as a small part of the process.

Our clients have the resources to access this candidate pool already and to add value our search is an ongoing process built over years of market profiling to retain and obtain the best passive talent in our markets.

This is what we do! We see this as standard and something we do with passion.

• Adding Value…. If we can’t add value, we don’t charge anything!

Recruitment is notorious for not adding value and charging large fee’s for simply e-mailing out a CV.

We don’t believe that service is worth anything. At Galileo if we can’t offer value in the way of providing the “top talent” in the market and talent you would not normally have access to, we won’t charge for it!
