We set our fee’s at a flat rate for Executive Search through to our standard Technology Search, we offer the same quality of service regardless of salary level.

We believe in providing our best possible quality of service on all roles rather than cherry picking the easiest roles to fill and to do this effectively Galileo aims to work on an exclusive basis with each role and client This enables us to commit the time to deliver the best outcome.

Permanent Replacement Guarantee:

Galileo’s commitment is making sure we get you the right candidate. Which is why we offer a 3 month guarantee period for permanent placements.

If Galileo Search places a candidate that leaves your business within a 3 month period we will replace the candidate free of charge.
