We have engaged each provider on industry-standard data processing terms. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We retain enquiry submissions for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete sooner. Records relating to a paid engagement may be retained longer to meet tax and contractual obligations.
